  102.             This variable specifies how intense the color of the squares 
  103.             should be. This affects the opacity of the squares. A high value 
  104.             will render the squares very intensely and does not allow lower 
  105.             squares to show through. A lower value allows the lower squares 
  106.             to be more visible through the higher ones and causes more 
  107.             blending in the colors. If this is set to 0 and Use Background 
  108.             Color is not checked, the entire layer will be rendered black. 
  109.             If it is checked and the value here is zero, the background 
  110.             color will fill the entire layer.

  126.             pages and the like, work with a small range of colors painted 
  127.             randomly on a small square. Then apply the Cubism filter with 
  128.             the desired settings. As a last step, try 
  129.             Filters/Map/Make Seamless to adjust the image so it will tile 
  130.             seamlessly in your background.
